I used these before after I had a operation on my wrist to build up the strength in my wrist.
This is a great product for repair therapy and they are small and you can take it anywhere. There is no stickiness and you can the difference in colour grade. Value for money.

Really helps strengthen my fractured wrist
Each container has a fist-full size ball. Just about right. Some insult suffered in transit caused the Lid for the outer container to break. I'm surprised that none of the putty containers got broken.
