Orders placed before 3:30 PM (Mon-Fri) are dispatched the same day, ensuring fast delivery. Please note that national holidays may impact this service.
UK Shipping:
- Free standard delivery (2-3 working days)
- Express next day delivery: £5.95 (1-2 working days)
Change of Delivery Address:
Once your order is in transit, we're unable to change the delivery address.
After receiving your order:
Please carefully inspect the package and its contents upon receipt to ensure they are intact and complete before signing for delivery. If you discover any damage or discrepancies, please refuse delivery of the goods or sign for them as "Damaged," then contact us immediately.
Order Cancellation:
We regret to hear that you wish to cancel your order! If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll provide you with a full refund upon cancellation.
If your order has already been shipped, you'll need to request a refund once you receive the order.
Gift Wrapping:
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer gift-wrapping services.
Holidays:
Please note that we do not deliver on Bank Holidays. Your parcel will be delivered on the next working day.
